feat(android): scroll the Stream tab by date #325

Closes #324.

The Stream handle previously moved by rows, so days with many cards occupied more of its track. It now uses elapsed time from the newest to the oldest visible day and snaps to the nearest day with cards, after search and file filtering.

Port beandroid’s date scroller with an expanding handle, gradient month marks that thin to quarters or years, tappable month jumps, a following date/weekday preview, and month-change haptics. Capture hides while dragging. Conflated targets avoid replaying stale jumps; the handle fades after 1.5 seconds and its narrow edge target remains available, including TalkBack date progress, adjacent-day steps and month actions. Configuration lists retain their row-based scroller.

Add pure date-axis tests and six reviewed light/dark screenshot references for the resting handle, held handle across New Year, and Today preview. Existing screenshot references are unchanged. Update README, R35 and AGENTS.md.

Validation:

New date-axis tests failed before implementation and passed afterward.
nix build .#streamd-app passed: offline build, native-backed unit tests and screenshot validation.
nix flake check passed.
Three focused, signed commits; no dependency changes.
