Closes #289.

Rebased onto main at 9c52c3f, which adds the activity command type. There were two conflicts, both resolved by keeping both sides:

complete.rs: a test of each side added at the same place.
AGENTS.md/REQUIREMENTS.md: the new activity line kept next to the inherited note. The completion text of R25 now says append_to instead of into_file.

After the rebase, nix flake check and nix build .#streamd-app (unit and screenshot tests) pass again.

What changes

Breaking: into_file of a reminder is now append_to. An old into_file is rejected at its line with the line to write instead: commands.<key>.into_file: `into_file` was renamed; write `append_to = "daily"` . NoIntoFile → NoAppendTo (core, bindings, app).

Core

Timesheet commands get an optional append_to (file model, schema, completion, change.rs, rename_command). The starter writes append_to = "daily".
Validation: append_to must name a file command (with a suggestion), and some tags must write the break value into its files.
New commands/timesheet/clock.rs:
- working: the open card of today. None for a card logged ahead, an invalid day, or an open card of an earlier day.
- break_tags: @Timesheet @Break with the starter; canonical tags, never an alias.
- record_break: appends the break.
New errors NoBreakTarget and NotWorking.
FileCommand::inherited is shared by the done tags of reminders and the break tags.
Facade: timesheet_working, can_break, timesheet_break.

CLI: streamd <key> break [TEXT...] prints Break at HH:MM in <path>.

Next to -i/-d/--debug it is a usage error (exit 2).
Not working, or no append_to: message, exit 1.

Bindings: Project.timesheetWorking, canBreak, timesheetBreak, record Working; TimesheetSettings.appendTo.

Android

"Append to" in the forms of reminders and timesheets. The commands list says breaks into daily.
Stream tab: a tonal WorkingBanner ("Working since 09:12 · Time Tracking", "2h 18m so far", Stop) above the reminders. Tapping it opens the timesheet.
Timesheet screen: a working row ("Working since 08:12 · 2:18", Stop) below the app bar.
Notifications: channel working, one ongoing chronometer notification per working timesheet command.
- Stop working goes BreakReceiver → expedited BreakWorker: break, commit/push, check.
- Tapping it opens the app on that command.
- The notifications are posted and withdrawn by the same checks as the reminders. While work runs, there is also a check at midnight.
The permission is also asked for when a timesheet can take a break.

Tests

Core: 14 in clock.rs, plus validation, rename, completion, change and facade tests.
CLI: 4 integration tests, plus the into_file rejection.
FFI: the round trip and the break.
Android unit tests: WorkingAlertsTest, TimesheetWeekTest, and StreamSessionTest (working, takeBreak, breaking).
Screenshots: new scenes StreamWorkingBannerScreenshot, TimesheetWorkingScreenshot and TimesheetWorkingWithoutStopScreenshot. The updated config scenes now show "Append to". Every image was looked at.
nix flake check and nix build .#streamd-app (with validateDebugScreenshotTest) pass.

Not tried by hand on the emulator: the notification and its Stop working, and a desktop card showing up after a pull. These need a device.
